If I sell a beautifully decorated $9 mug on LinkedIn, I can DM anyone a pic and ask: “Want it?”

Yes = link (order one here).
No = DM the next person.

Can this work with bookkeeping or fractional CFO services?🤦‍♂️

You can’t DM someone “Want a cash flow system?” and expect a YES.

You're trying to sell bookkeeping and fractional CFO services like they’re impulse buys.

So you send a long DM, a link, a case study, and a sentences that say “I help founders unlock clarity.” 🫤😒

like Chris over here:

So when people say “DMs don’t work,”

What they mean is:

Your offer can’t fit in one sentence.

Fix the packaging, and DMs “start working” again.

If you’re interested, I have a playbook I use with clients to fit their offer in one sentence.
